Akbar Ganji one of the most famous Iranian journalist who was imprisoned by the
Islamic republic of Iran for 6 years and went on a 60 Days hunger strike while
in prison finally was released in March of 2006. He was permitted to leave Iran
in August where he appeared in numerous human rights sponsored gatherings to
talk about the current political climate in Iran and the challenges ahead of the
reformists and Iranian people to achieve a free and democratic Iran. This is one
of such meeting which was held in UCLA on Aug/08/2006. In this meeting,
Mr. Akbar Ganji candidly answers all questions put to him by the attending
audience. Watching this DVD clears a lot of misinformation and false
rumors that are usually put out by Iranian regime's Intelligence Agencies to
defame Mr. Ganji and people like him who are trying to bring about a free and
