Our Return Policy
We currently have over 2500 videos, DVDs and CDs in our inventory.  Majority of these DVDs have good quality.  However, there are some movies and documentaries that have below average quality due to old age of the films or other reasons beyond our control .  We do our best to offer you only those movies and videos that have average or higher quality and if you received a DVD that is defective or is in very poor quality, simply return it to our address and we will exchange it for you with a better quality DVD of the same title or give you store credit to purchase other products. However, if you need to return an item  due to its poor quality, you must first call our office at (949) 367-1710 and then return the DVD to us through registered mail to avoid loss. All un-opened returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
