Our Return Policy
We currently have over 3000 DVDs and CDs in our inventory.
We carry the official version of the DVDs which have been released in
USA. However, since most of Persian movies do not make it
officially to USA, we also offer a large selection of imported DVDs at
lower prices. As for the music CDs, we carry brand new CDs from
all the Persian artist living outside of Iran and a nice selection of
the artists living inside Iran. We do
our best to offer you only those CDs and DVDs that have top quality and if you received a DVD that is defective or is
in very poor quality, simply return it to our address and we will
exchange it for you with a better quality DVD of the same title or
give you store credit to purchase other products.
However, if you need to return an item due to its poor quality, you
must first call our office at (949) 367-1710 or email us and then return the DVD to us.
All un-opened returned items are subject to
15%
restocking fee.
