Do you ship everywhere?
We serve customers worldwide except Iran and a few other countries that credit cards are not common.  Due to postal restriction on music CDs and videos in Iran, we are currently unable to ship merchandise to Iran.  Most other countries are o.k

What is the format of the DVDs you are selling?
Our DVDs are NTSC format. However, they play in all countries. We have been selling our DVDs to customers to all parts of the world since 2003 and so far we have not heard from any customer having problems watching our DVDs.

Is my information safe?

How do I keep track of my items while shopping?
Just click on Basket icon. You'll see the items you've added to your cart. You can easily remove items or change quantities there.

How are items shipped?
Items are shipped within 24-48 hours after you place your order, unless otherwise contacted. Orders may be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or by other acceptable means to deliver your product within the promised delivery date. See our Shipping Methods and Rates for more information.

Can people outside the United States order from IranianMovies.com?
Yes, we can ship virtually anywhere. Please see our Shipping & Handling section for pricing information.

Does IranianMovies.com charge sales tax?
Only on items shipped to California, ( 7.5%)

When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged immediately through Authorize.net gateway and we ship your merchandise to you within 48 hours. Orders coming from out of USA may take up to 5 days before they are shipped out.

Can I return items for a refund?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return the unopened or defective product to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price or store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not always refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. See our Return Policy for more information.

Are your videos available in my country's format?
Yes, we automatically send the correct version of the video or DVD you have purchased. Most of our videos are available in the PAL and NTSC format. If the video you have selected is not available in your country's format, we will contact you before sending the video to confirm.

How do I listen to product samples?
You will need the latest version of the Real Audio Player to listen to any of our samples. The Real Audio player is available free of charge at the RealNetworks Website.
